PRODUCTION

      Demkay Textile which has powerful machinery park, which contains the whole innovations of advanced textile technology, and technical staff produces fabrics, addressing to worldwide brands directed to auto car industries and home textile.
      For this purpose, all of the purchased and received goods and materials pass through receiving inspection. All of the raw and finished fabrics are controlled and processed. Control is made at all production stages.
      For this purpose, our machinery park which contains the whole of our production area as follow:

Raschel knitted machine

Glue Lamination machine

With this machinery park our capacity is 2.5 million meters in a year. All parameters, having effect on the product are monitored and verified at every stage by Demkay Textile, which Works with the principle "quality is not controlled but produced."
